سهى ابراهيم عبد اللطيف حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في فيزياء الليزر من الجامعة التكنلوجية فسم الفيزياء التطبيقية , العـراق في عـام 1991. حصل على شهادة الماجسـتر في فيزياء الليزر من الجامعة التكنلوجية فسم الفيزياء التطبيقية , العـراق في عـام 2004 وحصل على شهادة الدكتوراة في فيزياء الليزر من جامعة بغداد معهد الليزر للدر اسات العليا في عام2013 . عملت في شركة نصر للصتاعات الميكانيكية للفترة 1993-1999, عملت كتدريسي (مدرس مساعد) في في قسم هندسة الاتصالات/ كلية الهندسة / جامعة ديالى, العراقمن (2003-2010) وهي حاليا تعمل كتدريسي (مدرس) منذ(2014 الى الان). وهو مقييم لبعض المنشورات العالمية والمشاركة في المؤتمرات العالمية . الاهتمامات البحثية الرئيسية له هي:
