الدكتور محمد سعدي حسن ولد في ديالى، العراق، في عام 1965. وحصل على البكالوريوس من Rajlovac.Eng.Academy سراييفو في عام 1986، ودرجة الماجستير جامعةBelgrade صربيا 1988 وشهادة الدكتوراه في الهندسة الكهربائية/ القدرة من جامعة نورثمبريا في نيوكاسل المملكة المتحدة في عام 2014 .هوحاليا محاضر في قسم هندسة القدرة الكهربائية والمكائن في كلية الهندسة جامعة ديالى. اهتمامه الحثي الرئيسي هو في مجال إلكترونيات القدرة وتطوير مكائن ثنائية التغذية .DFRM.
