Paper Submission Guidlines
Authors are kindly requested to follow these submission requirements:
- Originality: Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere
- Language: Manuscripts must be in English UK
- Length: Papers should be 4–8 pages (including figures, tables, and references)
- Formatting: Use the IET Full Paper Template (DOC NOT DOCX)
- Presentation: At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
- Submission System: Use the EDAS platform for all submissions:
- Similarity Index: Manuscripts must exhibit a similarity index below 15%, as determined by standard plagiarism detection tools.
- AI-Generated Content: The proportion of AI-generated content must not exceed 15% of the total manuscript. Authors are expected to transparently acknowledge any use of AI tools.
- Plagiarism Screening: It is imperative to verify your manuscript using the Turnitin plagiarism checker prior to submission, to ensure originality and full compliance with academic integrity standards.
- Author Information: Remove Author Names, emails and affiliation information from the manuscript (initial manuscript for reviewing purposes)
- Language Quality: A clear academic writing style and correct grammar are essential; therefore, careful proofreading of your manuscript prior to submission is strongly recommended

- Electrical & Computer Engineering Papers Eligible for publication in IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, subject to quality standards and peer review. Final indexing in IET Inspec, Scopus and Ei Compendex depend on compliance with their criteria and regulations
- Other Engineering Disciplines Published in the local conference proceedings on the College of Engineering’s official website.
