Similarity index should NOT exceed 20 %
Paper should be written in English language only
The number of pages should NOT exceed six and not less than four pages
Papers should be prepared according to IEEE paper template

We highly encourage all authors to make proofreading for their papers to improve the language before submitting it to the conference.
Accepted papers should be presented by one author in the conference
Accepted papers will be sent to IEEE to check the quality, style and language to decide its suitability to be included in the IEEE library according to their standards and regulations.
Please note that, papers related to topics other than Electrical, Electronic, Communication and Computer Engineering should contain simulation results to be included in the IEEE digital library according to the institute regulations.
