Dr. Ali N. Hamied Albu-Rghaif has received his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Al-Rasheed College, University of Technology, Iraq in 1998. Then he completed his MSc in Computer Science from University of Technology, Iraq in 2004, and he worked there as a lecturer till 2006. After that he was moved to work in the College of Engineering, University of Diyala. At that time he also worked in Hitech-Iraq Company and Al-Jazeera Al-Arabiya Company for Communication and Internet LTD, his work was focused on install and programming the internet (VSAT) systems and the computer networks till 2010. Then he obtained a scholarship, and he received a PhD degree Applied Computing (Applied Simulation for GNSS signals) from the University of Buckingham, UK in 2015. During that time he published many papers in International Conferences and Journals. Currently, he is the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, College of Engineering, University of Diyala. His work now focuses on integrating the receivers of GNSS systems (GPS, Galileo & GLONASS) to enhance product implementation and user localization, Digital Signal Processing, Security, Digital Image Processing and Computer Networks. |

I'm a professor, working at Department of Electronic Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Diyala. My BSc degree was from of University of Baghdad, College of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering. I got an MSc Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from College of Engineering, Al-Mustansiriya University. Also, I got a PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from Newcastle university, UK, 2013. My research interests are: Designing and implementation of Image processing algorithms and architectures, Data Transforms architectures, Parallel architectures. Further, I have great interest and experience in Database system analysis and design using MS-Access, SQL, Java and C-Sharp, and Web development using ASP.net. I, also, have an experience in Macros coding in MS-Excel and Access using VBA. | ||||||

Dr Saad Abdulmajeed Salman received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Technology / College of Alrasheed for engineering and Science in Iraq (1992) and received a master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (control) from University of Technology / College of Alrasheed for engineering and Science in Iraq (1997). He received a doctorate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (control) from University of Technology / College of Alrasheed for engineering and Science (2006). Academic Experience: Teaching Assistant and then teaching in University of Technology / College of Alrasheed for engineering and Science and external Lecturer then a Lecture in the Computer Engineering Department, College of Engineering , University of Diyala and external Lecturer in Technical Institute –Baquba, College of Basic Education in University of Diyala, during from 1992 until now . Management experience: Head of the Computer Engineering Department / College of Engineering / University of Diyala during from 2005 until 2012 and director of scientific and advisory services office / College of Engineering / University of Diyala for two consecutive terms during from 2009 until 2013. Dr. Ali Jassim Abboud received a bachelors degree in computer and software engineering / Mustansiriya University / Iraq in 2001 and earned a master's degree in computer engineering and information technology / software engineering from the University of Technology / Iraq in 2005 and then worked as a lecturer in the University of Diyala / College of Engineering from 2005 until the year 2007 and then he obtained a scholarship to get a doctorate degree from the UK which has been awarded in 2011 (Computers Science/ Applied Computer Science) from the University of Buckingham in UK. During his studies published numerous research in journals and international conferences and his research interests are focused on: security and processing of various kinds of digital signals including images, videos, audio, multimedia and how to use them in different applications and also he has intersets in the field of biometrics, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. He has a great background of Electrical & Electronics with an experience of nearly two decades. He received the PhD from university of Kebangsaan Malaysia and Master of Science from University of Technology, Bagdad, Iraq. He is IEEE Region 10 Young Professional Committee South-East Asia coordinator (2017-2019), IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian activities committee (2017-2020), IEEE PES Young Professional Committee academic lead (2017-2020), IEEE IAS Chapters Area Chair, R10 Southeast Asia, Australia and Pacific (2018-2019), and IEEE Region 10 PES students Chapters Chair (2019-2020), IEEE PES Day 2019 Global Chair , and IEEE HAC Event committee member 2019-2020.
