Dr. Hafez Ibrahim Naji (Head of the Civil Engineering Department) holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree from the University of Mustansiriya in Iraq in 1995 and 2001 and PHD from the University of Technology in  construction projects in 2007. Assistant Professor . The scientific aspect: Publication of a range of research in a variety of Iraqi and international scientific journals in the field of competence   Participant in many scientific conferences between scientific committee and associate research.
