Hussein Ahmed Mahmood Received the Bachelor degree in Laser Engineering from University of Technology – Al-Rasheed College of Engineering and Science – Department of Laser Engineering – Baghdad – Iraq in 2005. He worked as Engineer from (2006) to (2011) in University of Technology – Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering. He received the M.Sc. degree in Communications Engineering from Kazan National Research Technical University – Russian in 2014. Currently, he is an (assistant lecturer) in the Department of Communications Engineering – College of Engineering -University of Diyala – Iraq. His area of interest mainly focuses on Optical Fiber Communication Systems
