Assistant Lecturer Ibrahim Saadoon Fatah received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from the University of Sarajevo / Bosnia in 1984 and received a master's degree in electronic engineering from the University of Belgrade / Serbia in 1987. served as the director for registration in the College of Engineering / University of Diyala for the period from 2010 to 2013. The area of research interest in control engineering and electronics. He has more than scientific research published in local and international journals.
