Prof Dr. Khattab Saleem Abdul-Razzaq received B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad in 1996 and earned M.Sc. degree in Structures from the same University in 1999. Received his Ph.D. degree in Structures from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering / Russia in 2005. Currently working instructor at the College of Engineering / University of Diyala since 2005 until now. Interested in studying the reinforced concrete structures.
