The lecturer Dr Mohammed Selman Saleh received the degree of bachelor in electronic engineering from AL-Rasheed College / University of Technology in 1989 and received a master's degree in electronics engineering / control AL-Rasheed College / University of Technology in 1998 and received a degree Phd in electronics / engineering control AL-Rasheed College / University of Technology 2012. He work the head of the Electronic Engineering Department in the College of Engineering / University of Diyala for the period from 2012 to 2016. The area of research interest in the electronics and control engineering and artificial intelligence algorithms and Optimization. He has more than scientific research published in local magazines and universal.
