اكمل دراسة البكالوريوس في قسم هندسه الاتصالات \ جامعة ديالى في عام 2003 والماجستير في اختصاص الليزر\هندسه الالكترونية والاتصالات في جامعة بغداد في عام 2011 . حصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في اختصاص هندسه الالكترونيه والاتصالات من كلية الهندسة/ جامعة برونيل- لندن/ المملكة المتحدة في 2017. يعمل الان كتدريسي في قسم هندسه الاتصالات في جامعة ديالى. لديه لعديد من البحوث المنشوره في مجلات عالمية بالاضافه الى عمله كمقيم لدى هذه المجلات.اهتماماته البحثيه تتضمن:Resources allocations,,Cloud mobile networks,5G communication systems,Quantum based 5G networks
